Illumination/Incineration Guardian by Eddwin Meyers
The Atelier Alternative was opened in 1991 in a section of Chicago called Andersonville on the North side.
The Atelier was a program designed by Eddwin Meyers for professional and emerging artists, as well as pre-graduate and college students wishing to improve and develop their skills in a creative environment. It eventually developed into a group of professional minded artists.
Even though the studio was closed in 2000, the Atelier became, at that point, a place without walls or a specific location. It now has become a place of ideas and a reflection of our time where like-minded artists have come together and who at one time, studied with Eddwin Meyers.Atelier Alternative
